Office of the Ceo

As Chief of Staff at Common Future, Victoria (she/her) advises and executes Common Future’s long-term strategy, while aligning internal culture and operations with the Co-CEOs’ vision. She is passionate about racial justice and economic mobility and enables teams to center communities and drive systems change.

With a background in strategy consulting, finance and policy, her work explores ways to deploy capital, convene stakeholders, and create and implement strategies to address systemic inequities. As a Senior Strategy Consultant at Dalberg Advisors, she advised public, private, and non-profit organizations on funding and operational strategies to shift and build power for BIPOC communities. During her time as an Investment Banker at Bank of America, she developed a detailed knowledge of firms’ financial and strategic rationales, which allows her to understand a wide range of stakeholder interests when developing equity focused strategies. Victoria has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Chicago. She is based in New Jersey and loves traveling, hiking, climbing, and, most recently, improv.
